I think it’s fair to say the Reykjavík Writing Jam, October 10 at Elliott Bay Book Company, was a smashing success. Many thanks and þakka þér to authors Bragi Ólafsson and Karen Finneyfrock, Reykjavík UNESCO City of Literature, Iceland Naturally, ZAPP Zine Archive & Publishing Project, Elliott Bay Book Company for hosting, Sabrina Wilbert for manning the mailing lists, Samudre Media for the video, and most of all to the capacity crowd who made this first Seattle City of Literature event instantly legendary. Let’s do it again next year, with T-shirt cannons and a full band!
